About Course

Being able to believe in yourself, your ability, and your capacity is an important asset as people with self-confidence tends to perform better in their personal and professional lives. In this course, we will introduce what confidence is, how important it is in our lives, and far and foremost how can we build self-confidence. Furthermore, we will also talk about the enemies of confidence which are self-sabotage, self-doubt, and imposter syndromes.

Course Content

Topic 1: Basics of confidence
Confidence is all about believing in yourself and what you do. In this topic, we will cover the fundamental of confidence, how beneficial it is in our lives, and what it looks like in the workplace.

Topic 2: How do we build self-confidence?
Since we understood what confidence is and how important it is in our lives, we will now talk about some of the practical steps to building that confidence. In this topic, we will cover some of the steps you can do to build confidence within yourself such as getting out of your own way, seeking to get out of your comfort zone, and asking for feedback and constructive criticism.

Topic 3: The enemy of confidence: self-sabotage, self-doubt, and imposter syndrome
The greatest enemies of confidence are self-doubt and self-sabotage which is totally normal and controllable. Oftentimes people tend to always question themselves and everything that they do. No matter how good and confident you are, there is always a point where you will question your capacity of doing things and without proper care, that doubt might take over you in a way you never thought could happen. In the following lessons, we will discuss what self-sabotage, self-doubt, and imposter syndromes are and how to overcome them.
